Meet Joe P!
I grew up my entire life in Southern California. Growing up in Yorba Linda where my mother Linda owned and operated Linda's Country Kitchen in our hometown. Growing up in the kitchen at a very young age, I used to toss pies with my Mom teaching me along the way. It only made sense that I would spend the next 30 years building my career as an executive with some of the worlds largest food service companies.
"In my previous roles I have learned the importance of consistent, top quality, fresh ingredients along with exceptional service". I do not only hold my team to these principles but myself as well. In August I was able to bring my daughter Malorie onboard. Malorie attended Culinary School and graduated from The Art Institute of Las Vegas. She later went on to work with some of the best Chef's in the world. She has been instrumental in the menu innovations. Now mind you, I bought South Bay Pizza because I thought the pizza was pretty darn good. With Malorie's menu innovations we have improved upon the quality of cheese, sauce and topping we use daily. We are very proud of the brand we are building. She has also brought on a few new Handmade Favorite Pies (my favorite is the Spinach & Artichoke). Joe P's Promise - I promise to give back to our community by partnering with local schools, charities, first responder agencies, local events and environmentally-friendly organizations. It is very important to me to give back when and where we can.
